    hi and thanks for your reply ,my situation is i have 3 rental properties 2 in syd area ,1 in nowra and with that one i also bought land ,which might i add has gone up in value greatly and i am happy it only took 8 months all rental ones just about cover my expenses .Now i am in the middle of buying 2 great ocean view lands side by side off the plan ,which i hope i will live in ,,in the not to distant future ,i would like to build on the other ,and then sell to pay for the other land
    but i think ,firstly i should build in nowra so that could bring me income to service the loan and increase in eqity all in all i think i am heading in the right direction ,,what do you think ??

    I doubt your plan will eventuate in fincial freedom in the medium term, since you lack cashflow… but the real question is:

    Are you getting what you want from your property investing?

    If the answer is ‘yes’, then you are making progress towards your investing goal which I think is great.

    If not… then reconsider what you are doing.
