I LIVE NEXT TO 3 HOUSING COMMISSION HOUSES ALL WITH AVERAGE SIZE BLOCKS.I AM VERY INTERESTED IN THE 3 HOUSES AND WOULD LIKE TO APPROACH THE RIGHT PEOPLE. I KNOW THE PRICE OF HOUSES IN THE AREA AS I LIVE THERE AND I HAVE RECENTLY SOLD A HOUSE VERY SIMULAR TO THE ONES MENTIONED.
I WOULD EVENTUALY LOOK AT DEVELOPING THE SITE.
DON’T WORRY THE PEOPLE LIVING IN THE HOUSES WOULD STAY THERE UNTIL I’M READY TO DEVELOP AND EVEN THEN I WOULD OFFER THEM A WIN WIN DEAL.
I AM NEW TO THE PROPERTY INVESTMENT FIELD SO ANY FEED BACK TO HELP ME OUT OR INSIDE INFORMATION WOULD BE GREATLY APPRICIATED.

    Hi Chara,

What help / feedback do you feel you need?

For what it is worth… all housing commission sales that I have known about go to public auction first.

That does not mean you can’t try to approach the powers that be and work around the system… it just might need a little netwroking on your part first.

    Regards,

    Steve McKnight
