I’ve had some information passed on to me about a wealth creation company; “21st Century Education”. In it they promote a “Fast Track Property Programme” by Warren Borsje. Has anyone heard of this guy or used his programme?

Yes, I have WB’s course on video – very good, but very much a cap growth/reno strategy focussed on getting cashflow +ve results by doing so. I would suggest you may find the choice really between him and what the ‘Reno Kings’ Geoff Doidge and Paul Eslick are doing – similar, but I think the ‘kings’ give better “practical” advice re actually doing the renos..hope that helps?

I attended WB’s course last year. The course was informative but follow up help and replies to requests for further information was non-existant. Be carefull and get all questions answered on the day.
