Just curious if anyone can recommend some books to read for the newbie property investor. If possible I would like to read books that are in line with Steve’s methods of wealth creation.

    Thanks

    Hi David

I found Jan Somers book great reading.
But there are many books available for you to read.
My tip – you just can’t find enough to read. Every book has different options and hints and I have found that my combining all of these then property investment is a breeze.

    Good Luck

    Hi David,

Some books that I can recommend are:

    1. Most of Kiyosaki’s material
    2. John Burley’s “Money Secrets of the Rich”
    3. Clason’s “The Richest Man in Babylon”
    4. “Confessions of a Real Estate Agent” – Terry Ryder
    5. “Fast Cash with Quick Turn Real Estate” – Ron LeGrand
    6. “Nothing Down for the 90’s” – Robert Allen
    7. “Creating Wealth” – Robert Allen
    8. “Multiple Streams of Income” – Robert Allen

Books 5-10 might be hard to find in Australia, so maybe you’ll need to get them shipped from Amazon.com

    Bye

    Thanks Steve.

Do you offer any literature on topics such as finance, structures etc.
I know you do provide your seminar attendees with notes, are these available to non-antendees. I am willing to pay.

Unfortunatley I missed the last seminar. Do you have any plans on doing any early next year??

    Thanks in advance

    Hi there,

You might also want to subscribe to the Australian Property Investor magazine. It has some interesting articles and ideas and it’s also a tax deduction. [:)] I think it comes out 6 times per year.

    David,

If I were you I’d begin by reading and using the services of your local library and bookshop in earnest. Books are terrific as they contain a wealth of information, without the big price tag :) Introductory seminars are great too, though be sure about where you want to go and what it is you want to achieve first before you jump right in!

Also, if you can get your hands on a wrap pack then do so, as it’s the best way to learn about wraps fullstop. Steve’s kit is concise, step by step and thorough. As I’m not intending on doing any wraps for now, I have some material available for purchase that you might be interested in. Email me for more details if you’re interested [email protected]

    Jacqueline :)
