    Hi all!

Please let me know if you’ve seen duplications of links, that way I can edit them and make searching for links faster for PI forum readers.

Please report any broken links aswell. I always check links first, but after time they can break down and I might have not have been to that site in the mean time.

    TAH! [:)]

    Hi all,
If you’re in Queensland and wanting building and pest inspections, then I can recommend Queenslandwide House and Building Reports – http://www.qhbr.com.au/index.html I’ve used them a number of times, and have always been impressed with their professionalism (even if they aren’t the cheapest!).
    Regards,
    Gerard

    Hi,

I received an email regarding some software that might be helpful for investors doing negatively geared properties.

The link is http://ez-rent.com and you can download a trial of the software.

For further info, contact Paul and Terrie Culmsee, email: [email protected]

Thank you Paul, for your email to ask permission to post. [^]

    Hi everybody!

Quentin, I can’t lock this site as I have people asking me to add links. So please look at the other post you authored “Real Estate Book Reviews” which I have locked after adding your post from here. I hope it is okay with you.

Another link I received regarding Perth and WA real estate is :

    Hi there,

This link is courtesy of Quasimodo (original post source : Stamp duty : author :Agent69)

    http://www.stampoutstampduty.com.au

Well worth looking at and sending off your letter to local member.

By the way, do you prefer knowing where the source comes from originally? Or does it not really matter? Like to hear your views.

    Hi again,

There has been many questions regarding where to find Positive Cash Flow Properties. Well, depending on where you live you might want to start your research by selecting an area to look at. It won’t hand you a positive property on a platter, but if you find a place and want to know where it is on the map before travelling the distance, check out these links.

I thought this was a pretty good site to search for maps on regional Victoria. It took some playing around but it worked well.

    The link is http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.com/~obrienclanaus/maps.htm
    My favourite so far….
IF you want something SUPER special….

    Hi there,

I can’t remember in which post, someone asked how to research a property in an area…and I gave a link about a user pays system. Well I don’t remember who or which post it was, but it was recent.
I found one of these links to a ‘user pay’ researcher by postcode.
    Try this
