    People out there who have wrapped. I have been playing around with some ways to advertise my services for potential clients (wrappees). All of my attempts have been rather average (which is why I haven’t posted any here). Does anyone mind sharing there ad for attracting business that has worked well for them ? I am looking at advertising aimed at letting the people find there own property so I am after people not trying to sell a particular house or property.

    I did only one ad. I got 40 plus responses and qualified down to five “desperate to get in people”.
    My niche is Lease/Option deals only doing win/win and now have four properties settled and two more on the go, all from the first (and only) advertisementin March of 2002.

    In Bold Type I wrote….

    RENT/BUY
    Your choice of Home
    No Qualifying
    Ring 123456789

    Invest in People NOT in property.
