    Hi there Wrapers,

    I haven’t done a Wrap yet, but I am keen to get started. Is it correct that the Wraper can receive the FHOG immediately when Wraping in VIC and NSW.

    Does anyone know about the other States?

    Rob,

    Vic & NSW: immediate
    Tas. & Qld: After 12 months
    SA: Wraps illegal
    WA:?????

    I hear the FHOG is to end soon-any definite date?

    Klaus,

    While the government can change its mind at any time, the FHOG was ‘budgeted’ in the last Federal budget until June 2003.

    However, the $10,000 FHOG for new properties will be reduced to $7,000 (the same as is available for existing houses) from 1 July 2002.
