Looking for a list of experts – Beenleigh, QLD

Hi Folks

This is my first post, so please excuse any indiscretions I may make.

I’ve bought an IP in Beenleigh, QLD and am searching for recommendations for tradesmen, property managers, etc in the area.

BTW, Beenleigh is quite an exciting IP area. Take a look at PRD Nationwides website for an area profile. Lots of new industry going on. Have a look for yourself.

Also, does anybody know of good Property Groups that meet regularly in Sydney. All the posts I have seen so far are about property inv co’s with -ve reports….

i am very new to the game and this site myself. Congratulations on your first purchase – they say the first is the hardest so well done.

i too am looking for good Property Groups that meet regularly in Sydney. i’m sick of all the -ve gearing hype everyone tries to sell me.

if i find any i’ll let you because i’m alwayas on the look out.

Call State Invest Property Services Graeme Grimsey (07) 5546 2440. I send all my clients to Graeme they love him. I have been dealing with him about about two years and he does all areas in the south-east corridor. If you speak to him say Sue Foley gave you the number

Has anyone heard of QLD state govt sponsored regional property tours?

I’ll definitely followup that lead you gave.

:re the investor group. I’m looking for one in Sydney, that like Bizibee said is NOT a -ve gearing oriented group. Looking for REAL investors.
