    Rugbyfan,

LOL [:D]- I wish I was able to say that my PPoR was over the $1.6+ million mark. But I suppose in NSW land value of this amount and over is probably becoming more & more common.

    Also I didn’t receive the E-mail
Did you convert the .at(symbol. to @ (sorry about the hassel but I am being bombarded by Spam mail lately)

Do you mind trying again for me

    Rugbyfan,

Could I please have a copy of this spreadsheet?

    email is julian’at’ctcorp.com.au

Why aren’t people writting their email addresses properly (eg: ‘at’)

    Is there some danger? Spamming?

Have people had problems from this site?

    Thanks

    Hi Rugbyfan

    reposted!

Thankyou for the information about ‘Office of State Revenue’. Is this an annual bill?

If there is a threshhold before you have to pay Land Tax, eg: 275,997 in Qld, then why does the spreadsheet have Land value Less than $4,000 paying .20cents in each $?

What are the rebates? Tax?? How does this work?

And yes I do live in a place called Deception Bay. No trick name.

Rugbyfan, I would love a copy of your xls too.

    thefirstbruce$hotmail.com

Could I also suggest when you have something a lot of people want a copy of, it is a good idea to whack the file up on a web or ftp site, and post a link. If you don’t know how to do it, maybe one of the other members can help. Or if there is anymore interest, I’ll gladly help out.

    Cheers and TIA

Hey Rugbyfan I would love a copy of the spreadsheet too.

    [email protected]

I’m new on the site today having sold some property in the UK (as I am now a full-time Australian) I am giving myself a headache looking at areas to buy initially up to 10 properties.

My accountant told me not to go over a certain amount in NSW due to Land tax – great to find out about the land tax, not too sure about the validity of the advice though, I was looking to surely go over the land tax threashold!

    Hi Rugbyfan

Could you answer these questions for me please.

Is land tax calulated on each property owned or on the accummulative value.

Your spread sheet reflects a threshhold of 275,997 in Qld. Why then does the spreadsheet have Land value Less than $4,000 paying .20cents in each $?

What are the rebates? Tax?? How does this work?

    Abbee
