Just starting to consider investing in the NZ market (Resident in Aus). Any suggestions on where to get good legal advice on this.

    Thanks,

    Hi Gerard,

Ultimately, you’ll have to speak with a solicitor. But if you be more specific in what you want to know, perhaps we might be able to help you on this forum.

    Kind Regards,
    George.

I’ve found a way to help you save and earn whilst not selling or delivering any product. If interested, drop me an email or PM me to find out how

    Hi Gerard,

Much of this has been discussed here before (many times) do a search and you may find many of the answers. Also check out http://www.propertytalk.co.nz there’s some good info there as well.

    regards,

    Rod.

    Hi Gerard

i think these questions are better answered by an accountant. Unfortunatly the ones i know want to be paid for advice, if you want some contacts please ask.
