We won’t be buying any established residential property in the next 12 months. We are focussing partially on development of land and businesses.

We don’t feel that the sort of res property we have purchased in the past is a good investment at present, and we aren’t into 50k rural properties.

    Hi All

We just had our offer accepted this morning for a new PPOR which is 6% below value and has a second mortgage carried forwaard by vendor for 12 mths which will enable us to pay for part of the house with it’s own equity.

Our goal for this year is 6 buy & holds and maybe some land deals.

    Cheers

I thought that I wasn’t – at least until towards the end of the year, but then I remembered my deal in Paddington. So yep, I’m buying in the next couple of months.

    Cheers

    Hey Westan,

I am looking at definatley purchasing my first property(ppor) and also purchasing my first ip this year as well. Hopefully we can still pick up some bargains as people in the market for -geared properties will jump out[^]

    Hey Westan,

Happy new year! (I’ve had a long vacation) [:D]

Five this year mate, I’ve found some good +cf properties (yes, if you look hard enough they are still there!) I’m not sure if i’ll have the dollars for all five but am changing my reality and trying anyway.

I might have some larger deals around 600K that don’t interest me at the moment; however, smaller properties in NZ do interest me… might be able to trade info… keen? I’m 100% genuine.

just wondering how either the spotters fee can be controlled adequately or how a 1 for 1 swap of info could be negotiated? All properties are before being advertised (got to love that!!!)

    Warm regards,
    itsa.
p.s. am on a work trip at the mo and still completing due diligence but all check out so far…

One of these days i’m going to put a good, funny, witty comment here.

I’m planning to look at a specific area, and to buy if I can spot a good deal.
