Am I the only one getting errors in the forum ?

I recon because of the Today Tonight advertising last night this forum is being mobbed…
Its very slow to go into the forums and topics, and im getting this error (about 5 times today)
HTTP error 502
502 Proxy received invalid response
The connection could not be authenticated with the upstream proxy server.

Anyone got any ideas ?

Yep. It is most definately “lagging” months ago I use to just click on a topic and it would automatically load. Now have to wait a while until it finally loads. I agree it would be due to the influx of new & interested investors, that is causing pandemonium on the servers. I think they are upgrading the forum’s soon to facilitate the increased numbers. Until then…

Hi,
Just clarifying here…
We are moving from Snitz forums (on a asp platform) to new forum software (on a php platform).
What all this means is that the PI.com tech heads get to drink lots of coffee at weird hours while we sleep. In the end we will all hopefully benefit from a faster and much better website.
It shouldn’t be too much longer. A matter of days rather than weeks, hopefully even this weekend.

At long last! After 4 days of only getting to the front home page, I finally managed to get into the forum and what peace it is to find that others have been having the same problem! Still having trouble getting back to the general discussion after posting a reply though!

I’m probably one of the newbies flooding the forum. Can’t help it – getting quite addicted to it. But I have had problems too and it’s great Steve that your people are looking at improving it. Thanks for this wonderful forum.
