    So, you've invested wisely or you've recieved your lump sum from super .. the skys the limit and you are feeling flush with cash. Or you just won lotto and you are full of er um .. cash too. Or Great Aunt  left you plenty of bucks in her will .. so you gotta find a destination for that.

    Where would your ideal destination be in Australia for that second property?

    A manor in Portsea VIC ? Or is it more like Portland, VIC?

    The clean country air of rural Tasmania .. the wild northern country in QLD, the back blocks of Albury NSW , even Broome WA

    pick a place that you think is really 100% awesome .. maybe your dream locality.

    And then tell us …… why its really just so good.

    A 20 m Power and sail cat converted to a home. Cruise the coast and stop and stay as long as you desire. carry a jetski couple of Tinnies bikes and Quad bike. Rent the PPR hire a manager to look after all day to day

    The neighbour's place, no house but 160 acres of grazing land with amazing views for around $1.8, and would work in beautifully with our place!

    Jamie why would you even consider, it is full of people who are mostly hopeless with a 3 year tenancy agreement, that have never done any business in their own name. (no matter what their political leanings)

    It's worth a billion :-) well that's how much it cost to build anyway. Not a bad location either.
