    Currently looking at stepping into the Dubbo market and after some feedback on either purchase of 5-7 yr old 4 2 2 for around 320k which is about 14-15 sq or look at a new build of around 350k

    Hi Coota, be very watchful with what area you purchase from in Dubbo. Have you visited the area and taken a look? I had a friend live in Dubbo and moved due to the problems they were having there. Although it could be cleaned up now.

    Have been talking to a few local property managers and have been looking at new builds in the new estates in north east part of the city towards the race track
