    Hi all,

It’s great to hear from so many of you.
PLease keep going for those who have not yet mentioned anything.

I’m in IT and I am keen in studying Law.
I’m already 30. I believe I still have the drive. Am I too ambitious?

Also, I want to keep learning about property at the same time, 2 props are certainly not enough.

G’Day all, Great to see a variety of different
professionals in the forum. Although I saw a
    lot of IT people.

Well, myself I am a comedian and am looking to
set up my own comedy company and then get
    into property.

I am reading up on it now for the last 1
or so years. But currently do not have
the right finances in the pocket.

    Hi Folks,
There is no such thing as being bored… I wonder why so many of you are doing things you don’t want to do in work. Isn’t life here so you can do the things you’ve always dreamed of. Anything is possible, anything; only fear is what holds us back. Everyone on this board today can be as wealthy as they wish, if you put your mind to it and focus.

    Everything is possible.
I invest for a living, investing in life.[:)]

    Hi Angels,

Thanks for being so positive and encouraging.

Perhaps, you haven’t experienced doing something for yonks. And for most people, they want a change and that’s normal.

Put it simply, it is easier said that done to give up a job and go into investing.
McKnight doesn’t even encourage that in his book, throwing yourself in the deep end.

For the rest of us, we must muster courage to do things differently, and perhaps, get used to ‘give and take’ mentality.

    G’Day everyone

This is my first posting on this forum. I haven’t got any IP yet although am immensely interested in its potential and am planing to buy some in the near future. I’m a web/graphic designer and love what I’m doing… it’s just office enviroment (and my alarm-clock in a morning) that kills all the joy.

    Cheers

    Hi all,

I’m feeling a little shy now [8)] as it appears I might be the only Registered Nurse here? My actual area of expertise is Midwifery and Childbrith Education. I’m also an Acupuncturist.
I’m not competitive by nature, but I am quietly ambitious. I enjoy learning, collecting post graduates ([:0)]) and taking myself to places outside my comfort zone (except when it comes to altitude, flying or bungee jumping)
Presently, I’m conducting some Childbirth Education Classes at the Royal Women’s Hospital in Melbourne.
I’m also a stay at home mum of my 2 boys.
I’ve loved property watching for as long as I can recall. It’s always attracted me, although until only recently (last year) I wouldn’t have considered property as a source of income. I’ve seen the light [:D]

    Cheers
