    Hi All,

Hoping to get some help here.
I want to get pre approval for finance but i am stuck on whether to go straight to a bank or use a mortgage btoker. If i go for the mortgage broker, i dont want one that goes for the higher commission but one that brokers for my needs.
Does anyone have any recommendations for brokers that they have used and were more than happy with?

Thanks for your time guys and gals..

    Regards
    Alex

    Hi Alex,

    Yes, that’s an easy one.

After going directly to our local bank manager for loan after loan, asking what better deals are there for someone with numerous loans etc… We are now totally disheartened to find that the manager’s lack of knowledge about their own products has cost us hundreds if not thousands of dollars in establishment fees & interest rate discounts.[:(!]

We have finally woken up to ourselves and are now dealing with Stuart from ProSolution and are shifting banks.

Stuart assists investors on this forum, and knows a lot more about finance than the average broker out there who is just after the quick commission. Stuart seems to look at the client’s big picture and will sacrifice commission to himself, if it benefits his clients. He is also FLASH LIGHTNING QUICK with sending & answering emails or phone calls.

What more could you ask?? Check out his website http://www.prosolution.com.au. He is based in Melbourne.

    Regards,

    Del

    Wow Del

I take it he has helped you with that situation[:D].

That really is a glowing report, I have always been impressed with Stuarts advice on this forum and will be calling him when! our bank slips up.

    hi sushi03
i am with wilandel on this one.
we have tried the banks directly and 2 different brokers on various occassions. each time we were disappointed with the outcome and the service they provided.
as it so happens we have just started talking to stuart ourselves (as of this morning)and so far we have been very impressed with his and josie’s prompt responses to emails and their genuine interest in our situation and goals.
