Mailing address/Foreign Address – To Fill Up W7 Form

Hi everyone

I need some help from the experts who has got the ITIN number.

I am in the process of getting the ITIN number and I am filling up  the W7 form.

Can anyone tell me how to fill up the address section?  (applicant’s mailing address and the Foreign (non US) resident address)  I will not use PO Box at any time.

I would like to receive the mail in Australia and the cheques in US.

I am in Australia and I have someone in US  who can do any transaction for me in the bank (deposits) etc.

Can you clarify what address will go in the form?

Can this be change after too if I choose to receive the mail in US?
