    Hi All,

    Where can I conduct or purchase a Historical copy of the Land Title Register for QLD? It has to include the past owners information.

    Came across this site http://www.landregistryau.com/services_qld.asp

    The search includes the current Land Title Register and also an Historical copy of the Land Title Register.

    $ 90

    Documents Provided as sections of the Strata Plan –
    AULRS Title DocumentsCurrent Land Title Register
    AULRS Title DocumentsPrevious Land Title Register

    However it only includes the (1) past mortgage numbers from the lenders and (2) release dates. If there any other searches that includes the previous owners' names?

    Cheers
    Nit

    to ask a stupid question Nitro, what relevance do the previous transactions have to your current investigation?

    You can call the LTO to find out the available information.
