    Hi everyone,

As you know RP5 came to a close in June this year.

Recently I have brought a computer, but found that access to the mentor.propertyinvesting.com site had been revoked.  After contacting the lovely PI team, the conclusion was that the new program had started, and therefore access denied.

Fair enough I thought.  Was there a chance I could be sent the templates that were available to members of RP5.  Due to the inconvenience, the answer was no.  I was however, extended an invitation to join the Graduate program on a pro-rata basis, costing about $2,300.00.  That would include access to all coaching, materials and website access.

While it maybe of some benefit, I really only need the templates for working out deals and the like.  My question; is there anyone that might be able to assist by sending the templates to me?   So that the money can be better spent on taking action of buying a property rather than information.

    All replies appreciated.

    Regards,

    Corey Corby

    Corey,

    I'm RP6.

At the risk of sounding like a nasty pasty……

The templates are what you pay the $6 grand for.

I think it was pretty good that they offered it to you for half the price!

I'm also sure that during the last webinars they did for RP5 (had access as we were early birds) they invited everyone who was in RP5 to save copies of all the templates and webinars etc.

    Spend the money.

    D

    Hi DWolfe,

I understand your point and honest opinions are welcome…..of course!

I think it was nice of them to offer a discounted price aswell.

Not having a computer so that I could download on makes it sorta inconvenient.

If what you say about "that's what you pay the $6k for the templates" is correct, then I would summise that they should have been included on disc and sent with the other info, does that not make sense?

The past is just shoulda, coulda, woulda from here and I can't change that.  Can anybody help out?

    Regards,

    Corey

Corey.  You have made the mistake of buying your computer after the Results Program completed.  You handed over thousands of dollars for the course, and did not think about purchasing your computer to help you through the course???
Actually I also thought that once you joined the Results Program, you had access to their Website  forums, for as long as you want.     But unfortunately once the program completes, you are no longer part of that Community, even for the forums part of it.
But  Please do not spent thousands more for the Graduate Program, just to get hold of some templates.

Can I make a suggestion,  Why don't you call your ex-coach and tell him your mistake.   He may be able to arrange to give you access to the website for a day or so, to enable you to download your templates and webinars yourself.    That seems like a fair compromise to me.   I can't believe the Results Team just suggested you go into the Graduate Program for Thousands of Dollars, just to get Templates.  Surely they are not that heartless.   Otherwise don't fear not having them.    Your Accountant should  be  able to work up some templates for you for your circumstances without any problems at all.  They are just template spreadsheets aren't they.   eg rentals, buy and hold, renos etc.  Your Accountant would understand what you need and can tailor something for you.
Hope this helps if you don't hear from your RP5 people

    cheers

Whoops Corey.  Just noticed the date of your post.  I guess you have your templates by now.   Sorry just ignore my previous post.
