    Hi All

    We have a friend who is assuring us that Towoomba is set to reap the infrastructure/gas project rewards from the nearby Surat Basin.

    Does anybody have any thoughts on this or on investing in Towoomba in general?

    We are looking at at 380k spec home with rent about 380pw

    I cant seem to find enough info to make a judgement !

    Hi

    Terry Ryder from hotspotting.com.au as recomended Towoomba in his latest report as one of the top 5 boom towns along with Dalby and Chinchilla.

    Toowoomba is a nice town i lived there for 9 months, good people but i hate the hills.

    I lived there for two years (several years ago). The town is well laid out, good shopping, really good schools, services a large agricultural area, and has two major defence facilities close by. Also has a Uni etc, great town overall.
