    Hi All,

    Can anyone give me some pointers on how to get cracking? I think I have found the block, I don't have any idea of costs for running services to each block. There are services to the large block, it has 3 street frontages and land in that area tends to sell alright.

    Any pointers would be fantastic so I don't dive into the shallow end head first!

    Hi D.

    I haven't done a large subdivision personally, only small ones.  I have heard the figure of $45,000 per block
    discussed, which presumably includes subdivision costs, services and road.  I will be interested to hear what
    more experienced people say.
