Hi all, I have just started to look into property investing and would really appreciate any advice that comes my way.
I own a house worth around $350k and i could get rent for around $320 – $350 per week, I owe $300k and am stuck in a fixed term mortgage that will cost around $14k to get out of, my weekly mortgage payments are $560 so I have no equity to draw on and it will be negatively geared if i hold onto it which I am not to keen about, I am really interested in starting to build a property portfolio with a passive income, what should I do, Sell and cop the early exit fee and reinvest with the profit from the sale or hang onto it and rent it out or just keep living in it and find money from elsewhere to start, oh I am self employed so as most if not all self employed people my personal income for the tax year is not very high.
    Thank you for any advice

hmmm, my advice is that  for now , you'll    hang onto it and rent it out or just keep living in it and find money from elsewhere to start   … i think you can have other  solutions  unto your problem rather than  selling your house. .     why don't you put up some business .. ?
