    Hi Nick

Tell us what you are after and possibly we can assist.

I have many forum clients all over Australia and indeed the world so Melbourne isnt that far.

This day and age most loans are lodged electronically so applications and documentation is emailed.

Obviously if you want someone to sit down and chat with I cant help you but anything else more than happy to assist

I have had an excellent broker for the last 5 years based in Melbourne CBD called Cameron Price (Cam).  He is professional, quick and has helped us on a number of occasions.  His email is [email protected] and number is +61 (3) 86026777. Please mention that Jules Moore put you in touch so that he knows his efforts on our behalf have been appreciated.

    Hi Nick
There are some very deserving and professional brokers on this forum who've been helping lots of people with finance and free advice from way back and continue to do so, they're recogniseable by having a zillion posts and early join date.
    cheers

Be careful of the referrals, particularly when you are to drop names – in the planning, broking and accounting industry spotters fees are common – this may not represent quality (I understand this may not be the case above, but I like to look at all angles before posting). Richard (noted above) has done his time on this site, and is a good operator, he has his own business, this represents confidence and ability.  GOM is not a skeptic, but it would be a little disappointing if this was not pointed out allowing our new property investor to be guided inappropriately or into the wrong hands – making money starts very early and without sound advice things can stagnate very quickly.

Try this person who helps many in this forum with free reports. You can probably chat with him for a start and see how you go.
