Hi All,
We have a block of land in a prime position in an estate in QLD.The block is 723 sqm , opposite water and a park,fully fenced and surrounded by houses,its the last block to be built.For reasons we wont go into we have decided to sell.
Has anyone used those "sell realestate yourself" type websites etc ?
Also any tips of selling/advertising undeveloped land ?
We have researched prices and checked a few agents for fee's and we think we can sell and save ourselves some cash.

It is really great to know about your place and I am also surprised that you are going to sell such a wonderful place. It is a perfect location to stay with family and enjoy the wonderful views outside, but anyways, as you have decided to sell it, I am sure you are going to make a profit. There are many sites available where you can advertise for your place. Try googling.
