hi to every1, im Brassy n new member to this forum. my family jus bought a property to live in and (PREVOUSLY USING AS A LICENSED CHILD CARE CENTER in sth east of MEL). Now the house got 6 room and we only use 3 room and i was thinking of leasing the other 3 room as a Rooming House or Shared Acc. does any1 got any experient about this matter?? pls giv me some advice.
