    Hi All,

I stumbled across a website a week or two ago that was completely free for people to key in whichever suburb in Australia they wanted and they would be presented with the average property prices (house or unit) for that suburb, as well as 1-5 year average growth, and rental yield.

Unfortunately I cannot remember the name of the site and I can't find it anywhere in my history…. Does anyone know of a site that provides this information free of charge?

    Cheers,

    Matt.

    Hi Matt,

This is a free one from Comm Bank, don't know if this is the one you saw,

Thanks Shivasko, that wasn't the one unfortunately but it is very good nonetheless! This is driving me nuts…. It was such a good site!

    Hi Matt,

This site gives you up to 36 months:
    http://www.investsmart.com.au/property/default.asp?s_cid=domain
It’s just the “Invest” tab on the domain.com.au site.

I find there’s a time lag of the data presented on this site though, so be aware when using this site.

    Cheers,
    Kenny

Thanks Kenny, magic mate. I don't think that was the same site as I was using but the search and format is almost identical so I'll take it!

    Cheers mate.
