    Hi guys

my friend and I were looking at purchasing a warehouse shell somewhere in inner-city melbourne, possibly residential to subdivide fix up ourselves and sell later on, but initially we were looking placing partitions and creating small studios to rent out. I understand this is very risky but if anyone has any pointers, would be much appreciated.

The other idea i had in mind was to purchase a warehouse shell and possibly make it as a home, but im just unsure as to what i should watch out for prior to purchase.

i find the idea of living in a spacious warehouse alluring but from the point of investment is it a good idea?

Depending upon where the warehouse is located eg inner city, then there would be considerable demand (although entry price will be quite high).
