I purchased some blocks of Dirt out West of Toowoomba near Warwick. I bought them with some partners and now the partnership has gone a little sour. Wanting to shift them a soon as we can so we can pack up and go our separate ways. All Blocks are a good size and are very cheap. I need help in knowing the best way to sell them.
Anyone have any ideas how I can shift them quickly? Any websites you would recommended on selling them. Don't want to use an agent in the area as I want to avoid the cost.
Would even be creative by offering cash backs or vendor funding if needed but need to know how to broach this one as well.

Can you describe the blocks a bit better? Size etc.
If they are farming blocks then advertise in the 'Country Life' newspaper, you will find a lot of places from that area in there.
Sell them as cheap as you can without making a loss
The punters love a bargain
Stick for sale signs on them if it's possible. PRIVATE SALE. SAVE SAVE SAVE. URGENT SALE should do it and a phone number
