    Long story short.

My wife and I are trying to build our PPOR.

We have signed approval letter from broker.

Builder has started earthworks on sight of signed approval.

Two weeks have passed and no construction pack from financier… so I contacted them, bypassing the broker (whom I could not contact). They informed me no application has been forwarded to them…

    What to do???

I need a good broker in WA who can arrange finance very quickly.

    Help Please??

    Mark

    Sorry I am slightly confused.

You have an approval from the Broker but the lender has no knowledge of the deal ?
Are you sure it is not an email or letter advising the amount you can go upto.

Did you sign an application and if so with whom was the lender ?

    Hi Mark,

It sounds like you have just gotten confirmation from the broker that there is a lender who can help.  Then again if it advised you of the lender and other information then the broker seems (I can't say for sure and no offence is intended) to have led you up the garden path.

I am not in WA and I am not sure about the other's who post regularly but I am more than happy to try and help if you like.
