    Hi All

    I have found myself in a situation which has gone pear-shape and the vendor is getting a bit nasty!  Thinking it's time for me to take the gloves off.  Can anyone recommend a really good property lawyer in Melbourne that might help me get this situation under control?

    Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!!

    why not try John Turnbull at Mason Sier and Turnbull in Mt Waverley.  He is a accredited specialist in property, a property investor and a good chap who I worked with many years ago.  If he can't help you he can refer you to someone who can.
