    Hi all,
    I am looking at buying an IP and found out a new retirement village is planned 50-75 metres away. The houses in the area are around 30 years old. There will be multiple entries to the village but one of them will be from the same street as the IP I am looking at. I believe a brand bew retirement village should add value to the local area. What do you people think?

    Hi Sanjiv
    I believe thats the sort of develpment you want near your IP.
    Retirement villages are filled with QUITE OLD PEOPLE.
    I would class that as a bonus for you
