When this forum first started there were a couple of members who had a race to see what happens when they reached 1000 posts. I can’t remember who it was but it did add a bit of fun with some strange posts. To the best of my memory Terry may have ben the first member to reach 1000 legitimite posts.

I also have to own up to some very short consecutive posts that boosted me up to my second star.
Take 67 posts off me for credibility. I found that the moderator at the time removed my thread with multiple posts but the extra star remained.
Try it if you dare, (apologies in advance to admin if everyone tries and crashes the system).

side track to this question but why are some people blue, some yellow and brent sees red on the left hand side were is says who is on line, I can’t see my self so what colour am I.here to help

It’s a bit like “Simon says” at the front of this post….you simply aren’t good looking enough mate.
Once you get to a certain “pretty” level, Steve and Brent give you a blue colour and you can be listed on the left hand column that shows who’s online. I fear that with the amount of work done around your head and shoulders with the ugly stick, you may never be able to appear on the list.
Cheer up though, take consolation from the fact that you have the longest name without any capital’s on the forum. That’s gotta be worth something. [biggrin]

I’m not sure that I’ve learnt much about investing from this thread…
but as I understand it, I can still get some of those blue stars by consecutive posting – but I just have to be willing to invest more time to do so (thanks to the 60 seconds between posts rule). It still sounds like it’s worth it to me – those stars are cool!
