Hi there guys i’m a newbie to this site/property investing.
Firstly i wish i had discovered this website & it’s content earlier.
I live in N.Z & encouraged to buy the “BuyerBeware” template C.D/package.
Is there anyone here in the forum or know investors that have purchased it & currently living & using it here N.Z?If so your thoughts about it’s relevancy/effectiveness here in N.Z?

While the templates have been disigned for Australia, they are still relevant for NZ.
The only difference is in the financial template where we make allowances for stamp duty which you do not need to worry about.
Remember, you can always trial the product and then send it back within 14 days of rceiving it if you don’t feel it is what you are after.

I’m sure it will be as relevant and effective in NZ as it is in Oz. As Steve says, you can always return it if it doesn’t suit you. As long as it’s within 14 days.Much appreciated Steve & Oshen for taking the time to reply to my query!
