    Check this out…

Do a search on ‘Google Earth Download’

    Download the program for free…

This is an awesome program that lets you view the world from satellites and you can zoom in to your own house… good way of having a look at IP’s, some areas arent available but we still spent a couple of hours looking at places last night :)

Let me know how you go with this, its great fun [laugh2]

    [lmao] Devil,

Thats totally awesome. Downloaded it, and have spent the last 3 hours totally spun out. 3D, holy sh%t![strum]

I just can’t get over how trippy it is to zoom in to say about 500m off, rotate to about 30 degrees, and just fly!!![specool] (venice is a goodn & so is new york). Some parts of globe have better clarification than others (expected), but ausie cities are pretty good. I can see my house from here…

Imagine what it will be like in 5 years. Planning a world trip would be so easy with this thing! Full points dude, full points…

Pretty scary isnt it… supposedly the images are no more than 3-4 years old, but I guess this depends on the area, my parents suburb still shows their house as one of the first in a new estate, and now the area is fully developed so the images are at least 3 years old in that area.

If this is available to the public now, who knows what the governments (and dare I say it -terrorists) have a hold of… No doubt there are much more sophisticated systems out there…

I used to have a map of the world. On it, it read ‘one mile equals one mile.’ Last year I folded it. Now this! I’ve just spent the past 5 hours watching myself ‘watching myself!’ I’m too scared to lift a finger in case I hit the ‘cancel’ key by mistake!
