    hi all .i would like to sell my ppor myself in the future. does anyone have any contact numbers i can call in regards to contract sale papers or do i go and see a solicitor.there must be a company out there that writes up contracts for a fee.i live in a area of demand and find it unnessary to use an r.e agent.cheers.

    Unless you also intend to do the conveyancing yourself I would just go to your solicitor/conveyancer & they will do up a contract for you & take it from there.

    I did the same thing a couple of months ago with no problems

    There are some auctioneers around who will auction your property.

    You yourself will have to be responsible for the promotion and publicity of the auction.

    Beerboy, racking my brain trying to think of the company that gives you all the paperwork/signage etc.. to conduct this.

    talked to somebody who did this a while back, they saved about $7K on a $168k house..

    There’s a couple that I can think of. FSBO (I think http://www.fsbo.com.au) and ANREPs, can’t remember their website as here they go by CANREPs, so it’s a bit different.
