<p>1. Midland &#8211; some redevelopment and renewal in<br />
the area</p>
<p>2. Cannington/East Cannington &#8211; Relatively reasonable large development blocks.</p>
<p>By the way, did you manage to catch the clip on A Current Affair for Perth Hottests suburbs?</p>
