I may have toolbox fallacy.

So i gave $1000 to the land agent $2000 to the builder and the whole cost is $395000.i have $23k in the bank and putting away upto $1000 a month.

Combank ran my credit and the computer says NO.

What do i do now………..

I was told low deposit was $15k plus fhb

Or pay LMI of upto an extra $7k
