G,day I am also just starting out the best advise i can give you is to speak to some profesionals in person you need to see an accountant they will be able to explain to you in more detail about the tax issue with positivly geard property, as for finding them in sydney itself your dreaming you will defenently need to look in more rural areas. To make a property + geared in sydney you would need alot of money to back you up alot of money.
