<p>Seeing i was asked why i did not mention the method i raised here you go:<br />
I do work with a plan that allows your SMSF to buy a property using 20% of the purchase price.<br />
The vendor is financed the remaining amount so there is no borrowing from the Super Fund.<br />
So there are no other trusts involved.<br />
