									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Good to see some debate regarding teachers. In reply to Jason&#8217;s (TeacherK6) comments:</p>
<p>1: How many people do work &#8220;normal hours&#8217; nowadays? The concept of a standard 9-5 job is rapidly disappearing. If teachers are spending so much time on lesson plans, etc, perhaps the B.Ed course should include a unit or two on time management skills.</p>
