									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>If you are considering re-financing I suggest you look at EasyStreet &#8211; they are doing 3.99% investment loan. The lower the rates the quicker you can pump extra cash into you PPR. I don&#8217;t work for them I&#8217;m in the middle of refinancing with them now.</p>

The lease ends in 2025 at which point it could potentially be back on the open market as a normal apartment. It will be worth a whole lot more then.
