I stuffed up last year in one of my short term holiday accom rentals .
This guy was the nicest person in text and on the phone !
He ended up using a stolen credit card to pay then wouldnt get out of the house(or his druggie mates LOL
addmitedly its much harder to vet short term rentals but lesson learned
