<p>We migrated to Sydney few years ago and planning to purchase our first PPOR.  After which, we also intend to invest in property using buy, reno, sell strategies.<br />
We are in the midst of getting finance pre-approval via Mortgage broker but still undecided what structure to go for when buying/ borrowing (buying in own name vs trust).</p>
