    Hi HotRod
Did you decide to go to the Perth Masterclass? I have just come back from the seminar and found it very useful. Mainly for networking and new Ideas and markets. The networking was good as we are new to WA. We have 2 properties that we are renovation and we will reno and Subdivide

Paint – If your in the TWU union then you get discount on Bristol paint at Bristol Decorating Centres. If your in the RAC, you can get discount at Solver Decorating Centres. Bristol was cheapest though and it’s covered well and they can do most Dulus colours and the ones they couldn’t do then Solver could.

Try Solver and ask for a trade discount. explain that you are property investors and doing renovations. They should give you a trade discount of MA & TS. We did this and it saved us some pennies. Nice people at Solver Balcatta. We also got a Bunnings trade card which also helps, (no discount on paint!)

Good luke with the Reno’s We are just coming to the end of our reno.

Great work on achieving your new goals[thumbsupanim]

We have just bought our First positive investment property (very exciting). We are in the process of a small reno, which will give us bit more capital growth??

Our next step, Where Too Now? But from reading May insider I am glad we are adding value to the propery. I also thought that we would buy / hold. We have set this up through our super and theirfore we can’t borrow[thumbsdownanim
I have just purchase WealthGuardian to help understand tax structures better, As we will need to do this outside super to have the passive income to live from [thumbsupanim]

Enjoy the “forum” “insider” “book” and looking forward to your new Book.

    Regards

    Bill
