<p>I guess it depends on how much you like the tenants. ie. If they are good tenants, and the dog is well behaved, them perhaps discuss it with them. All the while not losing sight of your goal to subdivide.<br />
I have a friend who has two large dogs, and they live in a townhouse with a small backyard.
