mmm prices like $1300 aweek rent. thats $67600 p.a rent . these miners probably on good  wicket earning bout 150k-200k p.a but after rent taken out  will be earning 80k- 130k p.a. this to live in hot arid places and miss out on a lot of stuff.during downturn not worth it when they can earn  80- 100k p.a in nicer area …thats why these rents arent sustainable

best idea is grab a few bottles of scotch and keep reading and saving . ur gut feeling will tell u when something extroadinarily good appears if u research enough as none of these so called experts predicted 12 months ago about todays economy. why not?surely 3,4,5 yrs etc at uni gave them enough study time 2 see this. …  u will know whats rite 2 invest in when u see it.. just beware of scams and so called  "experts"

i multi lease to 5 people mostly unemployed in old house, not for the faint hearted and very time consuming.they always at home so elec and water very high, about $20 per week per person. iknow most other places can be cheaper. main item 2 address is insurance as most insurance companies dont insure house if rented 2 more than 3 people who are unrelated.if u find someone who does for a reasonable price let me know……. u can make money on it but if a newer house maybe the time u spend doing it is not worth it cause u would probably would make close on the same amount renting the house wholewithout the associated bills and dramas…plus high wear and tear renting to lots of people
