I would like to know if you are interesting in completely redoing the shed. I think that it would be a good thing to look into our website for more information as you could have a better idea about what you could do and what are the options available. Now, coming to the renting part, I would say that it is but then there are plenty of formalities involved. I would first suggest you to "do up" the shed first and think about the others later on.

The construction doesn't seem to be a small one by any chance and so seeking some professional help would be a very good thing. I would comply to Christian that the planning strategy holds the key here as this is what will help to get the funding and the other approvals sorted out in a proper manner and set the project going a long way ahead.

I would agree to you on that, the self-storage facility indeed one of a better means of investing in a property as the amount to be invested is quite less as compared to the others and also what you get out of it or use it to such a good extent that it would end up being a very useful and a profitable venture.

Going through a bad phase investing in an property is the part and parcel of  the game. Though, getting along the tough times without much loosing the track will the something that one much try to but as things don't happen as we think. So, it would be wise to wait for a while and let the market revive itself, hopefully.

Though, I haven't used it at the first place I have heard a lot about the software. The real estate had become a sector that need immense and constant up-gradation from the people involved, so the software has been proving to be good at its work and relieving the people off some pressure.

Having an agent do the work for you and you yourself getting the work done won't matter until you get the work done without much of a problem either way. But, most people prefer agent working independently as they are tend to provide better result with respect to cost effective factors attached. I think that this will without a doubt reap better results in the long run.
