Hi I know the feeling as I had a the same experience with Spring FG. I lost thousands out of my Super, The GM told me that they didn’t have to tell me anything when I asked questions about the the setup.
When i didn’t wan tthe property that they were pushing in the heart of Brisbane they didn’t like that and tried to push another apartment .

I havehad dealings with this group, and not favourable. Originally went to see themfor fianical davice. The person i dealt with then was good, but he left, then it was recommended an apartment with NRAS benefits, it suppose to be positively gear.. well has from positively geared, the property value has dropped.
