wealth4life.com replied to the topic What do you think of semi-detached houses? in the forum General Property 21 years, 8 months ago
I don’t agree that they will appreciate slower, it depends on the demand just take Balmain in Sydney as an example. wealth4life.com replied to the topic Mr Carr, remember what happened to Mr Rivkin in the forum General Property 21 years, 8 months ago
Ten years from now Carr won’t be there and we will be blaming some one else, the point is paying tax is a dis-incentive. People in government should not be allowed to spend tax payers money, it should be administered by Packer/Murdock/Harvey or any local person who has a track record of building Wealth.

Rents will definately increase in my opinion over the next 18 months which is exactly what happened between 85/87.
Profits are better than wages, when all this settles down property is still the prefered investment vechile to create wealth.

A friend of mine had a similar problem – solution – he spent $10,000.00 at Freedom furniture flashed up the look increased the price by $15,000.00 and gave a $5,000.00 discount including leaving the furniture in as a sweetner.
Summary – he got his asking price, see with your mind not your eyes. Phil
