It's very risky doing an option on a property that has a debt on it … I would pay for the mortgage payments on the deal if the option deal is profitable enough … as Matt said it is all about the option contract and how it is structured or worded …We are doing an option for $850K on 87 acres and will sell it within a year for $2.5 million.
